Bill Vinhage is a singer-songwriter focusing on both original material as well as a very eclectic mix of acoustic oriented cover tunes. Originally from New Jersey, Bill was active in the music scene in the Finger Lakes region of upstate New York before moving to Tampa Bay in 1999. He has a diverse vocal range and unique guitar style. His original material is influenced by rock, pop, jazz, country, broadway, folk as well as the AM radio stations of New York City he grew up listening to in the 60's and 70's. Among the influences you will hear in his music are U2, Paul Simon, Steven Sondheim, Neil Young, Roy Orbison, George Jones, Lennon & McCartney, James Taylor, REM, Johnny Cash and many more. An evening of music with Bill will take you on a journey to many places - come on out and see for yourself! Bill also is an accomplished saxophonist; you will hear his saxophone on many of his studio recordings. In addition, Bill plays saxophone with many of the jazz, blues, r&b and popular music groups in the Tampa Bay Region. Among the groups he has performed with are the Loretta James Band, Steve Arvey Horn Band, Tom Baptist, Charlie Vegas and the New Blues Combo and many others.

Thinking about taking this one back into the studio replacing my vox with a female singer and adding an instrumental solo section as well. Also backing off on the tele-twang and replacing it with a pedal steel and maybe a fiddle. Anyway, thoughts are welcome as this one is about to get a studio rework……..
