This piece is instrumental rock. My focus is on music for film.

I don’t know much about film music composition but I like this. Cool how you pace the layering/texturing. And I like the seemingly erratic rhythms at the beginning. Couldn’t tell you how to improve it; sounds good to me. Maybe it’s a little sterile, but you may have intended that.

I ENJOY MUSICAL COMPOSITIONS. YOU DO A GREAT JOB AT PLENDING IN AND OUT THE DIFFERENT INSTRUMENTS. MAYBE A BIT MUCH PIANO THRU OUT, HOWEVER LOVED HOW THE DRUMS CAN IN STRONG AROUND 1:17. GREAT JOB!

This would be nice background music while watching something else: wildlife video? sporting event? circus act? Just being an honest old fart: I got pretty bored about a third of the way through listening and looking at the same picture. However, it sounds like you do have a lot of talent!

    Gordon,
Thank you for your encouragement and your candor. I’m sure that your reaction to the piece is not unique. Not to worry though — my music covers the full spectrum of emotions.

Clint, love the build-up in this piece then break down with a melodic journey to the end Lots going on here! I thought you did a great job putting together all of the elements. Had an industrial feel with some nice instrumental rock guitar thrown in. Good job with the drum fills. Great work! Bob
