Till I Give Up The Ghost

Some rough stuff out of my studio consisting of a live acoustic and vocal track after which I went  back and added bass guitar. This is a work recording but I wanted to throw it out there to see what I could gleam from the  esteemed critics here at Artist Nest.

  1. i like the idea maybe more chordal movement, more defined hook might help

  2. “I know my love will go” sounds like the title to me. That’s what I was hearing when the song finished. I think you should build on that idea. You have a lot of energy in your acoustic and I like where you are going with it! Just continue to work around that energy. So occasionally we need a break, then right back to it. Great first draft! Thanks for posting.

  3. love the guitar. I agree, the hook needs more support. A percussion section may help define the envelope of the song’s dynamics in terms of the crescendos and the softer passages.
