Straight answers about what Artistnest actually does.
Sign up with your email address and confirm it. Then you create your artist and land straight in the dashboard, where you build your website, releases and the rest.
When you create your artist, you link your profile through the search field. Your name, artwork and releases come across automatically, so there is nothing to type in by hand.
Create a new website in the dashboard and add sections in the editor – hero, releases, live dates, gallery. When it looks right, hit publish and it is live on your subdomain.
Start covers artist websites, release and live management, unlimited smart links and the media library. Pro adds pre-releases, your own domain and team management. Premium adds marketing, newsletter, statistics and connections. Label is quoted individually. The pricing page lists it line by line.
Under Connections you link your apps – Meta, Google, TikTok, Spotify. Plain profile links, such as your social pages, you add as a URL; they then show up on your website.
In the website editor you pick sections, drag them into order and fill them with text, images, releases and dates. Extra sub-pages work the same way.
Colours, type and theme live in the editor. You watch every change in the preview and take it live when you publish.
Every page carries a title and description you can edit, and the markup underneath is built to be read by search engines. Clear copy and your artist name do the rest.
Yes. You enter your domain and set the DNS records we show you at your registrar. After that your website runs on your own address.
You can ask us for the domain you want and we take care of setting it up. Or you connect one you already own.
Depending on the domain, an A record for the apex or a CNAME for www, pointing at the targets we show you. The exact values appear while you connect it.
Yes. A certificate is issued for your website on its own, so your pages are always served over HTTPS.
DNS changes need time to spread – usually minutes, sometimes a few hours. Check as well that the A and CNAME records match exactly what we showed you.
A landing page that gathers every streaming service for one song or album. Your fans pick their service and land on your music – one link for every platform.
Services are matched from your release identifiers such as ISRC and UPC, and linked accordingly. You can review and adjust the links per release at any time.
Yes. The slug is yours to edit, so the link reads well and is worth sharing.
Track link for a single, album link for an album. That way fans land exactly where you want them.
A compact page holding your most important links – music, socials, tour. You put it in your Instagram or TikTok bio so everything sits behind one link.
In the link management on the release you can edit, hide or reload individual streaming links whenever a match is off.
In the dashboard you add live dates with a date, a city and a venue. They appear in the live section of your website and on your live page, always current for your fans.
Yes. Each date can carry direct links to whichever ticket shop sells it, so one click takes your fans to the right show.
No. Artistnest has no ticketing of its own – you link to your ticket shop, and the purchase happens there.
Existing dates can be brought in when you create your artist. From then on you can add, edit or remove them whenever you like.
One place for your photos and videos. From there you use them across your website – in galleries, as backgrounds, anywhere.
Yes. Once you connect Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or YouTube, Artistnest pulls your posts, reels and videos into the library. That import runs when you set the connection up, and the recurring background sync runs on the paid Pro and Premium plans. You can trigger an import by hand at any time.
Connections shows the name and picture for every account, including the ones you have not linked yet. For YouTube we flag auto-generated topic channels, so a wrong match is easy to spot and fix.
The automatic media import pauses and nothing is lost. As soon as you free up space or move up a plan, it picks up where it left off.
That depends on your plan, and the dashboard always shows what you are using. The exact figures are on the pricing page.
You connect your ad account and build a campaign that promotes your music or your shows on social. Delivery runs through your own ad account.
Yes. Ads run through your own ad account, which you link under Connections. Your campaigns stay yours, and so does the control over them.
Your ad spend is billed through your connected ad account, not through Artistnest. You decide how much to spend.
Small daily budgets are enough to test and learn from. What matters is running long enough to see something meaningful – start small, then scale what works.
That depends on budget, audience and what you are showing. Ads are a tool for building reach, and no serious provider will put a number on it in advance.
Numbers for your releases over time, where your listeners are, and activity such as playlist adds. Available as soon as your release is on the streaming services.
Yes – the map shows the countries and cities your listeners come from.
There is no download yet – no CSV, no spreadsheet. Your numbers live in the dashboard. If you need a copy of your data, ask support; your right to data portability is untouched by this.
Yes. You connect your newsletter provider and collect sign-ups through your website. Sending and list management happen in your provider account.
Yes, through your connected newsletter provider – as long as you hold a valid consent for every contact you import.
With double opt-in the fan confirms the sign-up by email. That gives you a consent you can prove, and a list that actually gets delivered. The confirmation runs through your newsletter provider.
Yes. Your fan list is yours, and you export it through your newsletter provider.
30 days, on every tier and every billing interval. During the trial you have the Premium features; the one exception is your own domain, which needs a paid plan from Pro upwards.
No. The 30 days start without any payment details. You only add a payment method when you book a plan – through our payment provider, cancellable at the end of the term.
Start covers artist websites, releases, live dates, smart links and the media library. Pro adds pre-releases, your own domain and team access. Premium adds marketing, newsletter, statistics and connections. Label is quoted individually.
