Connections: connect accounts and platforms

For Artistnest to automate your marketing and collect sign-ups, you connect your own accounts and platforms once. These connections are handled centrally in the Connections area. Here you specify which ad account, which page or which newsletter tool Artistnest may work with on your behalf – and you stay in full control at all times.

In this article, we show you how to connect platforms, maintain your profiles and disconnect connections again.

Open the Connections area

  1. 1Sign in to Artistnest.
  2. 2Open Settings → Connections.

Connect a platform

You connect integrations with the Add integration button at the top. In the window, you see for each provider whether it's already connected:

  • Connect via platform: With "Sign in with Facebook", you sign in to Meta and confirm access – Instagram is included in the same sign-in. For your newsletter tool (Brevo or Mailchimp), you paste your API key – Artistnest recognizes the provider from the key – and click Connect.
  • Already connected: Then the provider shows Manage – for Meta also Connect another account, for the newsletter Switch provider.
  • Create a tracker/pixel: Add a tracking pixel (e.g. a Meta or TikTok pixel).

If you connect your social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), Artistnest also pulls your posts, reels and videos into your media library automatically – once when you connect, and regularly in the background after that. Your releases are imported automatically, independently of these connections.

Connections and status

Your connected providers are listed under Your integrations – one card per provider with the account, its state (e.g. Connected) and what belongs to it, such as the ad account and pixel. A click on the card opens the management view. There you can:

  • for Meta, adjust your ad account, your Facebook page or your pixel with Change selection,
  • remove a connection with Disconnect – Artistnest then no longer accesses the account.

If a sign-in expires, the provider appears at the very top under Needs attention, with Reconnect in the same row – that brings it back without setting up the connection again.

You can reconnect a disconnected platform at any time with Add integration.

Maintain profiles & links

In the Connections area, you also manage your Profiles & links – that is, the links to your public profiles that appear on your website.

  1. 1You add new profiles in this area with Add link – the platform is recognized from the address.
  2. 2In the list, you can edit or remove existing profiles.
  3. 3With the visibility setting, you control for each entry whether it's Visible or Hidden – hidden entries don't appear on your website.

Tips

  • Connect what you need early: Meta for advertising and a newsletter tool for sign-ups – that way your features are ready to use right away.
  • Look for the "Connected" state: It's your quick signal that a platform is really connected.
  • Disconnect what you no longer use: With Disconnect, you revoke access at any time and stay in control of your accounts.
