Use link in bio

You only have one link in your Instagram or TikTok bio – but many things you want to share: your music, your tickets, your socials. With your own website in Artistnest, you bring all of that together on a single page. You put that one link in your bio, and your fans find everything important from there.

In this guide, we show you step by step how to create, fill, design and publish your bio page.

Step 1: Create a website

  1. 1Open the Websites area.
  2. 2Click New website at the top.
  3. 3In the Create new website window, give your page a name.
  4. 4Pick a suitable template (e.g. Link page with the note "Social links"). With the link page template, you can pick a release under Link a release (optional) right away, and the page shows its streaming links too.
  5. 5Confirm with Create website. The page is created and opened in the editor.

Step 2: Add content

In the editor, you build your page from sections (see the article "Website & editor"). Especially useful for a bio page:

  • Social links: This section shows your profiles as a row of icons. The links are taken automatically from your connected profiles – you maintain them under Settings → Connections in the Profiles & links area. Enter your profile URLs there, and they appear on your page.
  • Release / Releases: links to your music.
  • Live dates: shows your next shows.
  • Newsletter: collects sign-ups right on the page.

That turns your page into a compact overview that points to everything important.

Step 3: Adjust the look

With the design areas on the right side of the editor (Layout, Colors, Fonts), you adjust the background, text color and accent to your artwork so the page matches your look.

Step 4: Publish and copy the link

  1. 1Go to the Websites area and switch your page to Live with the Live/Private switch – the change takes effect immediately.
  2. 2Use Preview to open the public page in a new tab and copy the address from the address bar.

Step 5: Add it to your bio

Now paste the copied link into your profile bio on Instagram, TikTok or other platforms. From now on, a single link takes your fans to everything that matters to you – and you never have to swap the link in your bio again; you simply keep your page up to date.

Tips

  • Maintain your profiles centrally: Your social links come from Connections – enter your profiles there once, and they appear everywhere on your website.
  • Put the most important thing on top: Arrange the sections so your current release or your most important call to action sits right at the top.
  • Set it up once, keep it current: Since the bio link stays the same, you only need to maintain the page – just adjust sections whenever something changes.
