Create live and tour pages
Concerts and tour dates are among the strongest reasons fans come to your page. In Artistnest, you maintain your Live dates in one central place and publish your own Live pages from them – for a single show, a whole tour or all dates at a glance. This guide takes you through both, step by step.
Here's how it works at a glance:
- 1You enter your concert dates in the Live dates area.
- 2Under Websites → Live pages, you create a public page and decide which dates it shows.
- 3You make the page live and share the link.
Step 1: Enter live dates
- 1In your dashboard, open the Live dates area.
- 2Click New live date to add a new row.
- 3Fill in the table columns: Date, City, Country, Venue, Ticket links and the date's Visibility.
- 4In each row's expandable detail editor, you maintain additional details such as End date, Category, Status and a Subtitle (e.g. "with special guest …").
- 5When everything looks right, click Save all.
If you want to remove a date again, use Delete date in that row.
Multiple ticket links per date
Each date can have multiple ticket links – handy when tickets are sold through different providers. In the detail editor, you add the Link and the Ticket seller (e.g. Eventim) for each ticket row and mark your preferred sale with Default. Use Add ticket link to add more.
Sync dates automatically
If you've linked your artist, you can use Sync at the top to look for new dates. If there's nothing new, Artistnest reports "No new dates found" – otherwise any dates found are added.
Categories for tours
To group several dates into one tour, create a Category in the dates editor (e.g. "2026 Tour") and assign the matching dates to it. You can use this category later for a tour page.
Step 2: Create a live page
- 1Open the Websites area and switch to the Live pages section.
- 2Click Create live page and name the page (e.g. "2026 Tour").
- 3Decide which dates the page shows:
- All dates – all your upcoming live dates.
- One category / tour – all dates in a category. Then pick the matching Category.
- One single date – exactly one date. Pick the Date you want.
Your public live/tour pages are reachable at addresses like /live/2026-tour.
Step 3: Manage and publish live pages
In the Live pages section, you'll find all the pages you've created in an overview with Live page, URL and Status. With the row actions you can:
- open the Editor,
- view the page in the Preview,
- publish it with the Live/Private switch or take it back down,
- delete it.
That way you always control which of your live pages are publicly visible right now.
Tips
- Maintain dates first: Enter the live dates first, then create the page – that way you can pick the right category or the right date right away.
- Use categories for tours: A category like "2026 Tour" turns many individual dates into a complete tour page with one click.
- Check first, then go live: Check the dates in the preview, then put the page online with the Live/Private switch.
